Not many rental places here to choice from. I norm reserve online and call ahead to make sure they’ll have a vehicle reserved for me. I’ve had a few instances where they didn’t have rentals available even with the reservation. Sometimes they’re short and the wait times are 20-30+. The vehicles are norm pretty nice and cleaned before renting. Their insurance went from $19.99 to $23.99 recently. Staff is normally really nice and courteous.

Enterprise was very helpful in putting my family and I in a comfortable vehicle, after getting into a bad accident. We had to travel back home to Texas, and the professionalism of the staff was awesome! I think the guy that helped me was Bryan. He deserves 5 stars!! He was very helpful, kind,and considerate! He also handled things quickly, so my family and I could travel home to Texas. Thanks Enterprise 😁!

Had reservations but had to wait a little over an hour to get a vehicle. However, they compensated by giving me to a vehicle that I was pleased with because the type vehicle I requested was not available. Other than the wait time every thing else was great.

I made a reservation for a 15 passenger van a month in advance. When I got there they said I wouldn't be able to get my reservation, because I never confirmed my reservation over the phone when they tried to call. The problem is they were calling a number I hadn't used in years. They told me that's the number I made the reservation under. After proving them wrong by pulling up my confirmation email which had my real number under the reservation, they told me there was nothing they could do. Will not go back.

My experience with Enterprise was horrible. I arrived at 11 to retrieve a vehicle at 11:30. The vehicle was not there, but was coming from Hattiesburg, MS at 12. I refused to stay there another hour WAITING. That was my first time renting from Enterprise and will definitely be my last. Signed ShaDonna Lewis
