Great customer service experience with Martin. I was having my car serviced at the Nissan dealership and he came and picked me up to drive me to Enterprise. He was courteous and very professional. He took care of my needs when we got to the office, and had me on my way within 10 - 15 minutes. The next day I went to return the vehicle after 5 PM, not knowing they had already closed for the day, but it so happens that martin was still there leaving to go to the gym. He showed me how to drop off the keys, but offered to drive me back to the dealership on his own time. I would have had to walk just over a mile had it not been for him. Great experience!

Fast, efficient and friendly getting an insurance rental.  The Nissan Rogue isn't in exactly pristine condition - body has sap stains and somewhat dirty but OK for my needs during my insurance clasim.

I was in and out with my rental in no time. Even better, I was able to drop off the rental at the dealership where i got my car repaired!

Absolutely amazing experience! The driver picked me up on time and was a pleasure to converse with. Very professional and thorough. The entire staff was welcoming and took care of everything I needed. Will definitely use this company again!

Rented a minivan to take my family on vacation. The van was disgusting inside. If I had gone to pick it up, I would have yelled at people. After my wife finished cleaning the ketchup out of the center console, I threw out trash from all over the back seats and floor. Whomever took it back like that should be ashamed of themselves, but to allow it to go to the next person without cleaning it up- disgusting....  
Oh, and the oil change notice came up 4 miles into the trip.

Upon returning the vehicle, I let them know my displeasure.  They immediately apologized and discounted the rental. I appreciated the attitude and the immediate response.
