If you get the chance, try renting a Porsche! I got one with 700 miles on it, and she drove like a dream! These guys are excellent.

Ryan Baxter, the branch manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Horton St. in Emeryville is a rock star!! Not only did he go "above and beyond" when handling our reservation, but he also made sure I was comfortable in our rent a car, had all necessary maps for our trips, and even accommodated an early pick up time. My son and I were visiting from Hawai`i, and I was very intimidated with all the "mainland driving" - but Ryan put me to ease with his patience and calm demeanor. He was SO helpful and such a pleasure to do business with - he embodied the "aloha spirit" for my son and I; something that for us that does not go unnoticed. I will definitely return to the Horton St. Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the future because of the professional and sincere way that Ryan Baxter took care of us.  Mahalo, Ryan, for making our trip to CA a special one!

I made an online reservation to this location and showed up on time to pick up the rental only to be told by the staff that there were no cars available. There was no phone call or email ahead of my visit to spare me the trip. The two agents there were very nonchalant about the whole thing and did not provide any assistance whatsoever to rectify their error. Overall, my visit was an extremely disappointing and infuriating experience

Fairly quick and painless experience. They could definitely use more signs though as it's a bit difficult to find in the office complex that it's located in (Next to the Subway restaurant)
