Had the most pleasant experience with Mo(I hope I remembered his name correctly).  He checked us in with a smile and a phenomenal attitude.  Made my partner and myself feel at ease right away.  Extremely friendly, and great deal with.  Can't say enough good things about my experience there.

These guys are pretty great. I often can get a better deal here than at other Enterprise locations.

Fast service. Michael was very helpful and gave good discount for my 11 day trip. Would highly recommend. There are limited cars at this location, so better reserve a car a day or two earlier.

By far the worst experience ever. Needed rental as my car was being repaired because hit from behind. Long story short they debited my checking account $400 after telling them The person who hit me will supply credit card when I am done with rental. Even after enterprise called to ask when I will be returning car and I advised about another week. Same day they charged me $400. They weren’t good help in retmoney and did it again after finally returning money after hours of calls. And now I was charged $16 yesterday and they have had car returned for over a week!

I have always received great customer service from this location. Selection of cars has really improved lately and although I'm not too picky, it's nice to have a number of options to upgrade.
