Was my first time renting vehicle from this location and I'm absolutely blown away by the customer service compared to other branches I been. Luca was superb! He picked me up on time, was super attentive and ensured that I had everything ready as soon as I got to the location. Very, very professional staff! Will always come back to enterprise just because of this. Thank You!

Pleasant staff. Good value. Downside was they were almost 90 minutes late picking me up.

They were good taking care of us. We had an incident where the car we rented was shaking so we called them to let them know. The branch manager, Matthew took care of our issue and set us up for a replacement car to be picked up in Mount Olive, NJ. He told us that he will get us a better vehicle. Because of the inconvenience it caused us, he told us that the upgrade of the car will be complimentary. Everything was fine until I went to pick up a new car from the Mount Olive branch.
