The car was out of wiper fluid, And the maintenance warning was on, so we had to take it back and make sure everything was OK, that took over an hour, we should’ve gotten credit for that time. My wife the extra driver was charged eight dollars per day. They should’ve let us put the contract under her name to save 80.00. Nice New Camry 2024 with 6000 miles on it.

I had a great experience. They’re the best I had an emergency. I needed a car ASAP and they were able to help and the prices are really good. I highly recommend it. I was so happy I was able to find them. 100% recommended don’t go Waste your time agencies this is the best one
Customer service and online reservation system were very good. The car was a 2024 Hyundai and got great gas mileage; The only problem with this car was the distracting dashboard warning with alarm tone that came on frequently and randomly - Consider taking a break. Sometimes it came on within five minutes of getting on the road.
They forced me to pay for their overpriced insurance by saying they don't accept the coverage I purchased through Expedia, that I couldn't use my own insurance because the deductible was too high, and they couldn't blah, blah, blah. Whatever I said, they countered, so I ultimately had to pay them or I would miss my trip. The car was clean and seemed okay, but then the "low oil" light came on after a 100 miles or so. When I called them about it, I offered to buy oil and add it. They refused to agree to reimburse me for it. Then the "low windshield fluid" light came on… Who even knows what else may have gone wrong I I drove it any longer. Bottom line: NextCar was a disaster. They could offer a price of $0/day and I wouldn't use them again.
The car pickup and drop off was a breeze. I rented a Dodge Durango, the car was clean and as expected. As this location is super convenient for me, I'd highly recommend anyone in the area to give this rental agency a try.
I was given a vehicle that the horn did not work. On Sunday a car was coming into my lane and I tried to beep the horn and it did not work. A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE that could have resulted in a car accident. It totally unnerved me. And for that you offer a 15% discount on a future rental from a company that gave me a non working horn and "service required" popping up vehicle. Like I really want to consider using you all again. You should have refunded a portion of my rental because the situation did not occur in thee future. I have a video of the horn not working.
Illegal business practices. They have charges held on my credit card 3 months after I returned a car with windshield damage and filled out a damage form outlining my insurance claim #. My insurance agreed to pay it and honor my $0 glass deductible on my policy and my insurance is saying they still have not received the demand letter outlining the cost of repairs. I suppose the franchise location isn't completely at fault, but I've been failed by the company and this is the location I rented from. The only reason they get two stars is because a wonderful lady named Megan has been in touch with me and actually answers her extension and has tried to help me get it resolved. Alas though it is not. They did issue a partial refund July 15th but almost $400 they still haven't given back and they're saying to get it from my insurance, but my insurance says it doesn't work that way, they need to cut the company a check after they get a receipt demand letter and then it's the company's responsibility to reimburse me. It appears they're trying to wait out my insurance who said normally they would have closed the case after 90 days, but I am a valued customer of theirs for almost 15 years and they want to make sure I am taken care of. Also the car they rented me or I should say the one I picked out on their lot of available cars had a broken horn, which I think is considered a safety hazard. So beware of a bright blue Camry and check if they've fixed the horn first before accepting.
I, overall, had a bad experience. The gentleman at the counter was very rude. I was asked for my insurance, then demanded rudely to see my phone to take pictures. That’s just one example of his rudeness. Additionally, I was charged a young driver's fee of about half the price of the actual rental. I was in uniform then and explained that the car was for official government purposes, but their policy doesn’t exclude military personnel from paying that. Avis, Budget, Enterprise, and Alamo do not charge an underage fee for official government/military travel. The car was also dirty. Some drinks had been spilled and never cleaned up on the steering wheel and the center console. I was very disappointed. If anyone in management reads this, I don’t need an apology. Just consider making it right, if not for me, for other future military and government personnel renting from you.
This the only rental car I been to that say your license and bills or bank statements got to have the same address so if I come from out of time I have to rent car elsewhere. I see why they say enterprise is better they deposit $100 y’all deposit $250 y’all can’t beat the competition.
