They are always very polite and always ask you how your doing , how’s your day. If you any questions they have no problem answering your questions. If they don’t have the vehicle that you have reserved on had they will upgrade you with know cost to you .

This use to be the friendliest, most efficient and stress free rental car location ever. I rent frequently and this was absolutely my go to  place of business.  That all changed when the staff changed.   I do not recommend this location any longer. All the years I was renting cars I just assumed I got excellent,  fair service because it was the policy of Enterprise.  I know now it was purely the staff.   Joy and Charles were exceptional, I was never overcharged,  if an  error did occur they took care of it quickly. The experience I just had in October  was awful,  I will never rent from this location again.  Avis is right next door.  If your in LaPlata see Charles in  Waldorf see Joy. They will not intentionally overcharge you or lie to you and if their is a special they will let you know.  That is no longer the case in Lexington Park.

We rented on a very hectic day but rather than get frustrated and flustered, the staff was incredibly gracious and apologized profusely for the minor inconvenience only a wait. They genuinely treated us like people instead of just customers who give them money and I really appreciate that.

The new asst. manager is great - Reegan is proactive, really nice, able to juggle lots of things at once and follows through. When she isn't there, you can tell! Normally I get excellent service and they are all so nice, but every so often it all falls apart. Be patient, ask to talk to her and try again, if that happens to you.
