Outstanding service and very professional staff. They are also fun. I've been renting from this facility for a long time. It's my primary choice and that's due to the staff. This location sucks they keep trying to make me put a deposit down for a car that I'm keeping if you already have 400 why do I have to keep giving a deposit if I'm just extending the car thought you could take it out deposit. I don't recommend this locArion to anyone. Also I been on hold for 10 min. And counting and still no one picked up. I hung up and called back. The manager by the name of Sidney Brittany what ever play to many games. Never go there

Love Love Love Renting From Enterprise. Whether It's DC/MD I've Always Had An Awesome Experience Not Only With The Vehicles, But The Employees Working The Customer Service Desks As Well As Over The Phone Customer Service. If You Want Great Customer Experience Without  Worrying & Stressing, Choose Enterprise.

This is not a professional environment.  I brought the situation to the attention of the manager on duty.  Her response was other customers like it.  The employee's were playing basketball.  The young man's pants were exposing his under wear.  The competition got loud making it hard to hear.  They were loud talking accross the room planning a Christmas social.  It was a social gym atmosphere, not a business.  I express my displeasure with this environment and the manager wanted to expedite my exit.  This office must remember it is associated with the National Harbour.  National Harbour is associated with class and prestige.  This is my neighborhood.  I would not want visitors to think this is the example of all people from this area.  This could be the first impression of our area, not a good look.
