The sales associates were professional and knowledgeable. They explained my coverage, options, and rental agreement. An associate inspected the vehicle with me and explained the damage perimeters and verified fuel level. The whole process took less than ten minute. Upon return of the vehicle, they were concerned with my satisfaction with the vehicle and it's performance. I will definitely rent from there again.

My experience with this Enterprise location was very pleasant. The staff and Associates were very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise based on their timeliness and customer service.

My rental did not start off well, but the company responded and alleviated most of the problems.  First I had a reservation, yet no car was available and we had to call around ourselves to find a rental. Then the car did not drive well...as in perhaps transmission.  Then the car smelled of cigarettes.

So even though these existed, the customer service was surprising good.  They really apologized and tried to accommodate us.  Things happen in business, but the real measure is how you handle the situation.  Here, they did a pretty good job.
