Hello I am a member of the Masonic order and travel extensively. I have rented from other companies and other budget locations. This is by far the best location I have ever rented from. From the manager DJ to the Asst manger Trevon to Andre the Porter these guy are great. Cars are always clean and if there is an issue they handle it right away. And I have never waited over 15 minutes for a rental.

The Budget in Waldorf MD is the best location.  Management and staff are always courteous and friendly.  They do there best to accommodate their customers.  I want go anywhere else!!!!

I reserved a 17' truck for Sept 30 2017 only to arrive at the location and be told they didn't have a truck there nor any in the area. Because of this I couldn't move leaving me out of pocket hundreds of dollars for movers, storage units, and extra rent bc I couldn't move. I'm a single parent and disabled vet so I cannot afford to shell out money like this twice in a lifetime because the company can't keep their system updated to reflect what is available.
