From the time I arrived to the time I left  the enterprise representative was professional, courteous and informative about every step that would happen from the rental retrieval to the rental drop-off. Job well done. A very satisfied customer.

Very efficient and courteous reservation process. I welcomed the confirmation communication  days before picking up my vehicle.Fast, efficient, and  accomodating service when I picked up and returned  the vehicle. The vehicle was clean. I liked receiving a copy of the checklist of items serviced before vehicle pick up. The  customer service is so great at this location  that I bypass at least 6 other Enterprise locations to come here.

Phenomenal service! I was blown away by the compassion by the Clinton, MD team. I called 1st thing in the morning to request a vehicle for my family. The woman I spoke to promptly took my address and assured me they would be able to help me. The rep picked me up almost instantaneously in the vehicle that I would be renting. Imagine that I told her me needs really quickly and within 10 minutes she had selected my vehicle and dispatched he teammate to finalize everything-Wow! My rental was a breeze and my family was off on vacation! At the end of our rental we needed to change drop locations, and they were really flexible and supportive about it. There was a small fee, but we'll worth it to meet our changing plans. Perhaps the most surprising thing for me was a follow up call to ask about the service and vehicle experience. The call was timed perfectly and really allowed me an opportunity to reflect and convey just how great the team was. I'm sticking with enterprise for my rental needs, they treat you like family.

Staff was very professional and attentive. Went above and beyond to accomodate and even called to check up on us as there was a snow storm coming in that day. Thank you again, I`d give them 6 stars
