I am really pleased with the top-notch customer service given by the staff. Everyone was very helpful, from the time I picked up the vehicle on February 2 up to the time I dropped it off on Feb 13. Xavier, Matt and the lady, I believe her name was Katie, were all very helpful. The check in and out was very quick and smooth. Kudos to the management and staff, your customer service is exemplary! Refreshing. That's the best word to describe my experience renting a car at the W Broadway Enterprise in Tempe, Arizona. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiles, treated like I was a welcome guest in the agents' homes, and in and out in record time. The car was clean inside and out, including the windshield, which had never been the case when I rented from the airport facility. More importantly, the price was fair. Returning the car was an equally pleasant experience. Smiling agents welcomed me, and the return was processed in record time. Without hesitation, I reserved a car for my visit, and smiled all the way to the airport. Great job, W Broadway Enterprise team!

Customer service was a joke, they still charged me full-price when I get a 20% discount through my company.  Had to fight for that. Waited for over 20 minutes for.someone to get off their butt and help me. They charged me $7 for 12 gallons of fuel, when I took pictures of the fuel and milage before, and after, proving with the receipt I had filled up.  I also had to fight to get that charge removed as well.  When I returned the car they acted like they had nothing to do with me.

Got a good deal for trucks for my trip to Sedona, they were fair they hand the car over cleaned after a busy day 1 salesman and when someone jsut returned the car. The only thing is that you can't just drop off after hours. Their lot is close so I had to drop off next day.
