They didn’t have the car i reserved months in advance, but their ‘upside’ was that they had one car available, and although it was a downgrade from the vehicle i reaerved (i pid extra to upgrade), atleast they had a car for me saying “i had to turn 20 people away yesterday”.  As if i feel better that atleast i got a car, and wasn’t completely screwed over. Unreal. 

Hertz hurts.

Could not get to the Hertz Rental that I rented from at 2025 W Main ST in Mesa, AZ .  At Mesa Hertz the staff, service , and value of car rental was amazing.  Jordan Jones was especially helpful along with other staff.  Not overly pushy but extremely helpful .  Was extremely worthwhile and convenient.  Only a 15 minute easy Uber drive from Phoenix Skyharbor airport.  Savings were substantial.  The car rental was one of the highlights of our trip!!!! No hassles and amazing value.  This was at Mesa, AZ location!! Next time we go to az, will definitely rent here again!

Car was dirty and had a pungent smell. Fuel was 3/8 but they put 8/8.

The manager is very friendly who prepared one car with excellent condition for me. The car pick up and return procedures were very quickly. In one word, this is a happy experience.
