I have used this facility for years. I have no complaints about anything (well, maybe later hours on Sunday, but that's probably a corporate decision). Think of any customer-friendly, product-excellence superlative, and they've got it. In spades. I most definitely will continue to use their services.

USAA MEMBER BEWARE. So live and learn. My wife ended up with a car rental from this sleazy company as it was granted to us by USAA for an auto claim. She must've had this car for about three weeks. Anyway, when it was time to return the vehicle Entersleazy Rent-A-Car came back to us with a $700 dollar bill for a scratch. The damage cannot be more than $100 to repair at a local shop. Judge for yourself from the picture. We asked if we could take it somewhere, but they give you this bulls... story that it has to be fixed by their company,, blah, blah, blah. So, lesson learned, now we are stuck with this bill, which we'll pay. Expensive lesson, but we can take it.
USAA WILL NOT COVER YOU for rental damages. For the very rental car they facilitate. Do yourself a favor USAA member and get Entersleazy's optional insurance. Entersleazy will find a way to take your money. Might as well let them jack you for $30 bucks than $700 like me. I guess they need that money to make their margins.   
The silver lining is that I clarified with USAA whether I have to do business with Entersleazy again (as USAA just gives you this car from this sleazy company), but they said you can request a more reputable company like Hertz. Thankfully I am a Hertz Gold Member through my company and I am always insured, whether I rent for work or for pleasure.

This was the first time renting with this location, but it turned out to be fabulous, thanks to John at check in and Erica and check out. Customer service was on point and really made a difference. They made a difficult situation, out of town funeral, much easier to deal with and just really had great attitudes. I really do appreciate it.
