Will put up a front, not give you the underline details of their insurance policy. If you are involved in a wreck they will take advantage of your emotions and convince you ruby their insurance for their rentals and not tell you it is a daily charge.
Will not be using Hertz ever again because of this. First experience with Hertz and just want everyone to be aware.
Their insurance is a daily charge as long as you have the rental.
