I've used these guys in the past with no issue, but the last time I made a reservation (about 2 weeks prior to pickup) when I arrived they didn't have a minivan for me. I meant to leave at 12pm and they inform me that they wouldn't have a vehicle until 4pm. Then, one of the employees says "well, you're late picking up". The reservation was for 9am and I arrived at 10am. Apparently in that amount of time another customer was able to wreck the vehicle I had reserved? They couldn't call me and tell me? And then, they wanted to give me a 5% discount. I needed the vehicle so I was stuck renting whatever they had, but honestly, they didn't have my vehicle when I needed it and when they agreed to have it. If I return a vehicle late, I have to pay more than 5%. I mean I eventually got the vehicle I needed, late, but seriously no free XM or tank of gas for the trouble? Customer service is an expectation I have when I spend a whole month's car payment to borrow a vehicle for a weekend and I don't think that's too much to ask. I don't know if I'll be back.

Been using Enterprise for a long time but nothing compared to this enterprise. They are great especially Yazirt. We went to pick up our car on 2/2/18 and the car we had chosen had just been detailed, she was concerned because of the smell for our newborn so she upgraded us for free!! Thanks again Yazirt!! Absolutely the best!

Had been a loyal Enterprise renter for many years up until this last rental, The Ent RAC on Dyer street is the worst experience in 4 years renting. We pointed out a small dent to the agent who said it was too small to note, returned the rental and the next agent filed a claim. The manager there failed miserably in addressing the issue, the original agent was on vacation and now we get to fight this bogus claim. Renter's BEWARE of this location!

I would never use them again, I had this covered by my insurance while my truck was being repaired. And Enterprise said I would be good if I dropped it at the repair place that day and they would give me credit for turning it in at that time (Enterprise had closed for the day but someone answered the phone there). I did exactly what they said and they charged me for one more day on top of what my insurance paid them. I called them about this fraudulent trickery and the lady made excuses and would not correct the billing. So if you like being ripped off and charged extra charges this is your place.
