Love these guys! They really went out of their way to find me a car that was suited to my needs. Upon returning the vehicle, we did leave my son's bike in the car and they called me to tell me that we'd forgotten it and it could be picked up first thing in the morning. 
Really great rental center. Definitely will be renting from here in the future.

This is the only enterprise besides Greeley I hated I will never go back here both the guys here seem very friendly at first then on the phone very rude , I had 30 day contract and I have been a member of loyalty program and tons of points I have used enterprise every rental occasion which averages about 150 days out of year so when I was called and yelled at (yes yelled😡😩) for stealing or attempting to and told the 👮‍♀️ we’re being called I was less than happy because it happened twice in same month I literally live 4 blocks they had my cell which they lost ?????? So called a contact number ???? And they also had two credit cards attached to my bank account that was charged weekly , so the first time they said they had just needed to make sure the car had oil change which I did myself and sent them a copy of the bill from discount tire and had it serviced and checked the second time police called. Or threatened because they don’t know how a 30 day contract works I was done and I won’t rent from there ever again if I even use enterprise at all anywhere !!! So much for my 6000 plus renter points :-(  anyhow if you like being yelled at or accused or threatened to have 👮‍♀️ called then this is your place !!!

I met the king of customer service! His name is Daniel Ward & if you need a rental car he is your man. I have no idea how divine intervention works. I live in SW Littleton & work in North Denver. I questioned why my auto repair was scheduled by my corporate office in East Denver. Divine Intervention ? What I can tell you is that Daniel was kind, funny & under promised and OVER DELIVERED! In a world where I question customer service skills often. I was very pleased with the service I received from the entire team @ Enterprise Colfax location.

We called ahead of time and made sure they had a car for us to pick up. This man here (Daniel) who claims to be the manager provided us with horrendous customer service. Stated that he doesn't have to sell us a car if he doesn't want to and then stated that he doesn't have a car for us, just right after we finished speaking to him on the phone and he said he had a car. He held the door wide open and told us to leave the store. I am not sure if he had a substandard day but I don't think that's appropriate for a company like Enterprise to do. We then went to the Enterprise in Downtown Denver and 'Zack' helped us last night right before they closed. He was just absolutely fantastic. If you ever come across this Enterprise please make sure you're not being helped by 'Daniel'.

The guy who helped us spoke at a thousand words per minute, but was very thorough, made sure to explain everything very well, inspected the car and was thorough with noting all the existing marks on the car. Really great experience. They were also very good at accommodating our request for an AWD vehicle (note: we were at a higher rental level where an AWD vehicle was not any type of upgrade). Used the after hours drop and it was quick and easy. Would rent from here again.
