I was extremely upset with this place as all I had been saying before to all was what a great place Enterprise was.  i understand there was miscommunication between the employees but I was treated very poorly as a paying customer.  First, Bill was very polite and I rushed to pick up my car and he informed me that I could bring it back by 4pm on my return, I asked if I could get a ride back, as that is what Enterprise is known for, and he informed me that the driver leaves by 3:30pm.  First, the car itself caused so much trouble as I saw that it has a usb port but unfortunately, it didn't work and my phone died, meaning no GPS so I had to go to a welcome center and use an outlet and try to charge the phone, I had 5 different cables and tried them all.  The same thing happened on the way back as I rushed to make it back by 3:30 and rushed home and asked my husband to call before 3:30 and tell then I was on my was as I filled up gas, i got there, according to the clock on the car at 3:31 but the enterprise employee said it was 3:35 and no one could drive me, he said the guy left at 3.  He was extremely rude and not helpful at all, and all I said was that i had discussed this with Bill and it is part of Enterprise to transport me back, he could have offered to pay for an uber as it is less than two miles away but i had to disrupt my husband from his work to come and get me as I didn't have an uber account.  Extremely disappointed with the car and the service.

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences here!! I have been here 3 times. 
The staff make it a point to remember customers. I always rent a large pick up and I request full insurance coverage. When I walk in to make reservations I don't have to mention what I want they already know and they remember me !!! They are extremely friendly, and responsive!! They are willing to work with you to make your reservations accomodate your needs. I had an issue with one of the trucks I had and they were very understanding and offered me more compensation then I was even asking for!!! The manager here and the sales rep he works with are wonderful!! They have gained my respect and loyalty! Not many people go out of their way to write a positive review, but these hard working employees have earned 5 stars for sure!!

Kept getting put on hold for a rental reservation that was already made through allstate. Asked for a pick up but nobody showed.
Called asking what was the deal and get transferred to an auto disconnect line.
Pretty good business model.
Send them to a partner rental place and have them wait so it costs them less.
Never go through allstate or enterprise. Glad i chose hertz before. Had no choice this time.

Every time I rent a car from Enterprise, there is no problem at all, all the process is very easy and there is a great customer service I. Annandale .
