This Budget is a local shop in Arlington, VA. I've rented from them several times in the past few years and always have an excellent experience. The staff are regular folks and their service is what you'd hope for - straightforward and friendly. Not much else to say except I'm glad to have them in my neighborhood.

I showed up on a rainy day minutes before closing and the two men who checked me in did not rush me through the process.  On the flip side the two women her were on the desk when I returned were very pleasant too.  All around great staff...and the car was as expected.  Thanks

Somehow , this branch manages to attract the most disrespectful and incompetent staff ! The management is ok and are friendly, but the front desk staff are not only incompetent, but lack the basic decency to even return your call . After they overcharged me for an extra day, even though i returned the car before the deadline ! someone from the lazy incompetent staff did not check the car into the system until 2 hours after the deadline, so I was charged for a whole extra day ! when I tried to talk to them Joslyn either put me on hold endlessly or said I don't know how to reverse it. What do you mean you don't know how to reverse the charge ? ???

Don't listen if they say that scratches don't count, mark everything that looks like damage. It will save your time, money and nerves during return.

Everything a car rental office should be! You show up, they find your reservation, you fill out the paper work, and they give you the keys.  I have used this budget location several times now and have always been satisfied!
