Friendly service, made the reservation well in advance only to arrive and be offered two vehicles I really did not fit in due to my height.  Offered to switch me out the next day but I needed to call them.  When I called the next day they still did not have the the car size I had requested so was stuck with a compact SUV.  Sort of a pain to be given a vehicle with only 1/2 tank of gas which makes it tough to return it with the same amount. Also I inquired about a ride back to the my sister's house on the Arlington/McLean town line and they said they could only drive within a 2 mile radius so while she lived just under 3 miles they could not do it.  It would have been nice for them to put a little more effort into securing me a car I could fit in and be flexible on helping me with a ride.  The return was pleasant and quick.  Nice to be greeted with a smile and handshake.

To this date my credit card is still being billed for a one day rental. I received no emails or phone calls of the list of the new change. Be very careful this location dose not disclose or provide any recipes or paper work on your rental.

For the past 20 years I have rented from Enterprise at least half a dozen times a year for periods of 1 day to three weeks. The personnel have always been been very friendly, and eager to make me happy with the vehicle and the process. I like the Enterprise practice of placing their locations in neighborhoods because this allows me to walk to pick up/drop off my rental, thereby getting much needed physical exercise. I've always had a good experience renting from Enterprise.

The people I've interacted with have always been attentive and helpful, and the service is always fantastic. Only issue I've had so far is that 3 out of 3 times there has not been the type of car I reserved available, which mattered since I rent cars for long trips with baggage, and 1 of those times I had to be driven to another location to find a large enough car. Will continue to use this location, though, cause I like the guys.

They can screw-up even returning a car. All the agent needed to do was check-in a car I had rented for a week. Rather than issue a credit for the deposit, the woman charged my credit card ... causing a mess.
