Tedious, Inconvenient, and Unpleasant My car broke down. After towing it to a repair shop, I called two local Enterprise locations. Both were out of vehicles (how does that happen?) and offered no alternatives. I called a third location and they had one vehicle they were willing to reserve for me. They were unwilling to pick me up even though they were only 4.2 miles away. The repair shop said they had a discounted rate, which enterprise would not honor. They allowed me to return the rental to a enterprise location close to the repair shop, but when I did, they were unwilling to give me a ride to the shop. The only reason offered was that it was too close to closing time. Needless to say, I will no longer use Enterprise.

Although the staff was awesome and very helpful and friendly, the car given to me was dated and dirty. I said to the gentleman assisting me "you don't have any clean cars?" He must not have heard me correctly because his response was "we always clean our cars." Meanwhile it was covered with dead bugs and bird poo from a previous renter. Staff was great. Cars not so much.

Reserved online. I was greeted immediately by customer service when i arrived. The Rep pulled up my account, found my reservation and the transaction was quick. I was in and out in less than 30 Mins! Great service!

Car was ready when I arrived: clean, but 3/4 tank of gas? I arranged to return car later than originally planned as the company intended to charge me $20/hour for two hours of use past the two day 48 hour period. I arranged to pay the full day rate ($60) and return the car 6 hours after the first full 48 hrs. Upon return, discovered that the rental company was closed; but no note for drop box, no discussion prior to my departure about what to do with keys. When I called the 1-800 number I received the recording:-> "normal business hours are...."....My daughter helped me locate the drop box, about 20 yards away from rental company door entrance?

This place has gone down hill, avoid at all costs. I rented cars here a lot for work but will not be doing buisness with them anymore as there are plenty of other rental car businesses who will treat their customers much better. I rented a car here with a reservation just before they closed at 5:45 PM.. Upon pickup I was told they had no clean cars and that I had to take the mini van they use to shuttle customers or I would have to wait until they cleaned their cars. I was scheduled to return the car the same time the following day but would not have made it before they closed at 6PM so I opted to return it as soon as they opened the next morning. I did this in the past and was still only charged a day so I figured no problem. What a mistake.... they charged me a whole extra 24hrs for the car even when I could have proved that I was sleeping for most of the time between when they closed and I dropped of the car. They could have easily met me half way and only charged 12hrs but charged a full 24hrs instead. I should have just kept the car the rest of the day because I effectively paid for time I did not use the car.... I could have drove it another 12 hrs for what they charged me. I was even nice and returned the car with 1/2 a tank of gas since they rented it with only 1/4 tank of gas. That in itself is unacceptable... cars should be ready to go and have almost a full tank.
