Great Staff on Duty...  5 STARS... Some new personnel at that location now.  I am still learning names.  The Trophy on the counter is at the right location.  Well deserved.  If you want to know what the trophy is for,... go visit and while you are there... rent a car.  LOL...  Keep up the good work.  Thanks for helping, every weekend, to complete my traveling back and forth to Baltimore, Md., to see my God Daughters.  I am coming up on some vacation time, so I will see you this Friday for a Rental...

Place very convenient, fast service,and friendly. One minus I found is I booked an economy car, and they gave me a free upgrade Mercedes m3000 or other. Normally, I'd love it, but I was travelling with kids and it was like a spaceship dashboard trying to navigate all the buttons. The agent just showed me how to start the car and change gears but not how to adjust and control A/C which I had to look up on YouTube. Again, for most not a problem to be upgraded to a Mercedes for free, but I booked what I did for a reason and it would have been nice to have that type of simple car available upon pickup.

I don't usually drive a car (or own one), but when I do, I go to Enterprise. I've been using them since roughly 2010, and the service has always been top-notch. Only once have I experienced an issue with a car I rented, but when I addressed the matter with Enterprise, they were professional and courteous and took aggressive, customer-friendly measures to promptly resolve the matter (I was able to switch cars and received a discount).

Bottom line: if you need a car and want to go to a place that provides exceptional service and strives for customer satisfaction, then Enterprise is the place.

The staff at Enterprise is always friendly and professional.   They also constantly strive to "make it right" when a minor issue arises, and I sincerely appreciate that extra attention to service.
