PERFECT EXPERIENCE, NO TIME TO GET THE CARS, NO TIME TO DELIVERY THE CARS BACK, VERY GOOD ATTENTION

Getting our car here saved us so much money compared to picking it up at the airport. Like $400 difference for a 4 day rental. Enterprise picked us up at our hotel and took us to their office for paperwork. That was good because on the way there I noticed one of the seat belts wasn't working. We needed all the belts to work so they gave us another car. When we tried to return it a few days later the street was closed, I went into the office and my husband waited with the car. There was quite a line. When the Enterprise driver who picked us up saw me at the back he remembered me, realized I was there for a return, and pulled me out of the line to help. He walked a block to the car with me and took care of the return. Not their fault that the street was closed, but excellent service in the face of challenging circumstances. It was six weeks later though before the promised email receipt arrived. That was a bit weird.

I have been an Enterprise customer for years. The staff at this location is friendly, professional and courteous. That have shown great flexibility in the rental and in the management of reservation. Good job guys!

This is the second rental this summer that I have had to return to the  Enterprise location in Rosslyn, VA.  The first time, the rear passenger window fell out.  The location manager responded with a good replacement and a reasonable discount.  This time,  the understaffed office did provide me with a good replacement car, but  they were too busy with other customers to even acknowledge my inconvenience.  Rosslyn is a an ideal location for a car rental agency, but Enterprise is not investing in it with adequate personnel.

I've called 10 different branches to do a car switch because the car I reserved was not available at the Crystal City location. Not only did every representative tell me a different story, they were completely unhelpful. Never using enterprise again, terrible company.
