Friendly staff, reasonable prices, short on vehicle options but would rent with them again.

Went to rent a car after having car trouble and being unable to go to and from work.After being charged extra for being an under 25 driver, I reserved a vehicle for two days after being explicitly told in writing that the cost would amount to $119 plus taxes. This fee was supposedly the vanilla cost, with none of the bells and whistles tacked on. When I arrived at the office, I was then informed that I would have to pay an additional 200 dollars up front as a deposit. This bringing it up to 319 that I would have to pay out of pocket. Wouldn't recommend going to in a time of trouble, unless you have plenty of money to shell out just to be able to get behind the wheel.

I absolutely love this place. CJ and his staff at this 2nd street location are amazing. The service is like no other. I'm appreciated for my frequent patronage. They know my name and they  treat me like family. That's a great feeling. I had an issue with one of my rentals when I was out of town, I didn't call road side service I called the location and they took very good care of me and my family. And as if that wasn't enough, they bent over backwards to make up for the mishap. The whole company has been very good to us which is why I only use Enterprise rental for my road traveling needs.
