I am not sure what happened when we rented from Hertz at Will Rogers Airport in OKC. Our rental was for one day with the car to be returned to the Tulsa Airport the next morning, which was done timely.
After returning the rental we began to be charged the full rental price everyday for a week. We called various Hertz departments including the billing department 8 - 10 times over many days trying to get them to stop charging us and they would say don’t worry we will get everything cleared up for you it just may take a week or so to get the charges all corrected, at this point our account was charged $ 1,000 and they were still charging us everyday.
While this was going on, we were also receiving calls from a different department asking when we would be returning the car, which we explained to this department like 5 or 6 times that we had already returned the car a week earlier as required by our contract. Each time they would say don’t worry we will get this all corrected, but then we would receive the call again.
We have finally been told that they have located the car and closed out our contract, we are now just waiting to see how the whole billing situation is going to be corrected.
I have always used a different rental car company in the past, but we had heard good things about Hertz so we decided to give them a try. This is my only experience with this rental company and this company at this location.

Seriously the best hertz there is. You have no idea. There was a few minimal yet frustrating issues and the team and the manager Erica made my life easy and were very kind. Thank you!!

Hertz is a franchise,  I highly recommend using the airport location and not the one down the street on Meridian.   Everyone at this location was professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure their customer was happy!   Great job team!

The employee “K” and the grossly incompetent night manager Ericka deserve to lose their jobs. They rented out a vehicle that stalled on the highway and avoided calls for THREE HOURS. Roadside service dropped the car’s driver off at a dinky Walmart in nowheresville OK and as of two hours after that, still no resolution from Hertz. Still no ride where the driver was going. No refund. No tow. No replacement car. Hertz rented out a dangerous vehicle and then abandoned the driver.

A new guy was training and it took FOREVER to get my car.  The lady training him helped the next person after me and she was in and out, while I was still there.  He asked for same info over and over again.
