So first off I’d like to say, I came in on a Saturday to rent and the place was packed wall to wall. There was literally one person working which has to suck for the agent. It was busy and the lady was literally running in and out of the place getting customers going. She was pleasant and smiled the whole time. She never complained. For people who want to say they have terrible service must have never worked customer service during peak time. I’m sorry but if you don’t get babied because a business is very busy and the employees are trying very hard to do multiple jobs constantly while maintaining a smile when you just know they are fuming inside, then maybe you need a reality check. When I returned the vehicle there were more staff members but they were again, very busy and everyone was polite.  To be honest they really need more staffing but they push through with less and I know it’s hard on them so you customers need to check yourselves before you complain you didn’t get red carpet service for your despicable attitudes. These people are not beneath you and they probably even get paid more than many of you anyways so quit treating them like trash. Anyways, keep being warriors ladies! You all are the best!

I am giving 5 stars because I see how hard some of the girls work here. There is however one girl who slows everyone down. This is terrible from a customer prospective to see this in person. I was waiting in line and watched 2 of the girls help around 2-3 customers each and the girl who helped me was taking so long. I walked in at 4:30 and I kid you not, I didn’t leave until after 5 not because I was waiting in line but that was how long 1 girl took. She just kept staring blank as people walked in behind me and would grin every time one of the other girls helped that person. She kept staring at her computer handheld saying things like “this tablet doesn’t want to work” and she asked for my license 4 times. I honestly think she was stalling. There is no way the other two could be able to help 3 people each and she only help 1. She walked super slow too. I said I was in a rush and she just ignored me. She never answered my questions right. She kept standing their frazzled and watched as people came and went. If it wasn’t for the friendliness and the amazing car I got I would have 1 star them but they are such polite girls I think they do great. I’m just not sure about the girl who helped me. Not to be mean but I don’t understand how the other 2 girls are on point, quick, efficient, could handle anything but she could just stand there taking her time while everyone ran around. Even the guy who washed my car was super nice and fast from when he started cleaning to when he brought it up front for me. Thanks Enterprise!

Everyone here is very nice. They are all helpful and pleasant to be around. You don't feel like you are in a car rental place! Nothing like the airports where they act like they would rather be anywhere else but in front of you. They have me a ride home to Mustang after dropping off my car. Definitely will use again.

When the Enterprise agent came to pick me up, she was very pleasant. But when I was getting into the car I told her that it smelled like smoke. She said that everybody has different smells and that she didn't smell it. I thought well maybe it's me so I took the car and as I got on the highway it drove very rough and the smell was starting to make me sick. It definitely smelled like stale cigarettes. When I got to my destination and picked up someone, they wouldn't ride in the car because of the smell. Also my husband had called me and asked if there was a car in our driveway because there were fluid leaks on it. I went out to look in my parent's driveway and sure enough there were fluid leaks. My father said it was transmission fluid. Well I wasn't going to drive it back to Yukon with it smelling like an ashtray, leaking transmission fluid, and how rough it was driving, so I decided to call the Enid Enterprise office and they took care of me immediately with a new reliable car. When I got back to Yukon, I told everything to the agent who helped me.  She was very apologetic and made sure to let me know that is not how they do business and she credited my account accordingly. It was a terrible experience getting the car in Yukon, but the agent who helped me when I brought the Enid car there made it right, as did the agents in Enid.  While I still would recommend using Enterprise in Yukon, make sure you are comfortable in the car you are getting.

I have always had great luck with Enterprise. They have always had the perfect car for me, and it was always in excellent shape. I took my family on vacations, and we never had a problem. The prices are right, and the cars are great. If you need to rent a car, try Enterprise!
