I very much appreciate the pick up service. As you are the only company that provides it, you are the only company I will use. Your prices are very reasonable. The email invoices are time saving, but I wish they were more detailed. Overall, I think Enterprise is a great company.

I used to love Enterprise. I tell you my last rental car experience was not good with their customer service. The rental did not happen. I can tell you that Budget Car Rental and Avid are light years ahead of Enterprise.

Updating from my previous review. I think several of the employees have gone above and beyond to improve my experience and I really appreciate that. Service is fast and customer friendly. It is a great improvement. I can recommend them without hesitation.
I use this particular organization because the location is convenient to work and home. The first time I used the service the female agent gave me a vehicle with the low pressure tire light on. I did not realize it until I was on the interstate (I was not familiar with the vehicle). As a female I would think that a woman would have been more sensitive to a female traveling alone. On my second visit I arrived early. It took a long time for my vehicle to be ready, the first time, so to I arrived early. My pick up time was 5pm, so I arrived at 4:30pm. The same agent charged me for the 4:30 pick up and the 6 pm return. My cost increased by $10.00. I am on a budget. I only needed the car for one day - basically 24 hours. This same agent tried to get me to upgrade to the Dodge Challenger. She thought it would be better for me to ride in style. I was offended that she thought I was someone who would try to keep up with the latest and greatest. I completed the form online and asked for what I wanted.  I rent a vehicle every other month. I take a few seniors around to visit each other, to shop, and have lunch. It is easier or them to get into a car than my truck. I am not looking for complicated, just the rental of a reasonable vehicle for the day. Hopefully, I can find a person at the location to provide me with better service.

Amazing customer service!! For how busy they are with renters buying and returning they treat you super well. Cars are really nice and clean and always have a full tank of gas. These people work really hard here to meet your every need!

Verhonda is always extremely helpful & quickly gets me in & out! She even remembers me every time I come in which definitely gives a personal touch.
