This location has the friendliest customer service. They are very kind and helpful. I would drive 50 miles to rent from this location. A rated top notch employees that are there to please. I have been renting with Budget for over 9 years.  I have enjoyed the ability to try out different cars (makes and models) over this time and every car I've rented has been clean and mechanically sound.  The Budget website has provided all of the information from extra charges to the ability to receive disability accessories to the rental cars.  My husband requires hand controls to drive a vehicle and Budget has always been reliable at providing the hand controls for us, as well as upgrading vehicles when the ones available weren't able to have the controls installed.  Upon making my reservation a couple years ago, the agent noticed that I didn't request the hand controls and called me to make sure it hadn't just been an over-sight for me.  That kind of customer service, the reliability of the vehicles, the convenience of the rental locations, and the cost of the service is what brings me back to Budget on a regular basis.

I was a first time renter and ignorantly believed that enterprise was the best option, and boy was I wrong. After having a $200 dollar deposit sprung on me 14 hours before pick-up and an enterprise rep who was extremely rude, and in no way helpful in explaining why I was told about this last minute i was in need of a new rental. Desperate I found **BUDGET RENTAL CAR** 3201 W MAIN ST, NORMAN, OK where **JASON THE LOCATION MANAGER** was extremely helpful, and thoughtful even going as far as to help me set up a reservation on the phone because I was having issues with my internet. **JASON's** top flight service has earned them a loyal customer for life, and I wouldn't  give a second thought before recommending them to anyone and everyone.
