The employee who helped me was professional and thorough. Listened to my requests, and was able to get the vehicle I wanted. I had a question that needed to be answered by a supervisor/manager who was busy chit chatting with another Hertz employee, and even though it was obvious that the person helping me was asking for help he was ignored until the manager and the other employee finished their visit. That was a little disappointing because I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in the building. Not really a big deal, just a 5-10 minute longer wait, but not very professional, and not a good example to the young man who was helping me and was in training. I will definitely use this location again.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. This is the worst car rental experience of my life. I had an insurance company that was paying for my rental car and all I had to do was put down a $50 deposit. The price of the rental car wasn't my responsibility it was Insurance Company. I came in there with my three children because I didn't have any other option and everyone on staff was extremely rude. They didn't want to rent me a car because I didn't have a major credit card but I had cash and I also had a bank card. I finally got rude back with them and told them that I didn't have a way home and I could sit there with my three children until 5:30 evening because I didn't have anywhere else to go or any way to get home if they didn't want to reny me the car. My car was in the shop and they have come and picked me up from the shop and brought me here. They finally agreed to take cash for the $50 and told me that they would refund it by mailing me a check. Since no damage was done to the car whatsoever there's no reason I shouldn't have gotten my $50 refund and it's been 2 months and they haven't sent me anything. Do not waste your time here the staff was incredibly rude and uncompassionate. Enterprise is a much better option and I've rented from them and always will. I urge you not to use hertz.

Renting cars from this location is the best.  I will not go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

This the worse experience I have ever had renting a car I reserve the car over the phone the guy gives me the option of a Altima or Sonata I choose the Altima when I get there a guy name with Tobacco hanging out his mouth name Zane was real rude tryna force me into the Sonata I explained to him I asked for the Altima but he was unapologetic and almost acted like he didn't want to rent me a car. I usually deal with Enterprise that's who I will deal with from here on out this place is a joke.
