My vehicle was being serviced and it was going to take awhile. I called Jamie Sadler here and received the best experience on dealing with vehicles in a long time! I did not just get a great deal but everything just kept getting better. He gave me the perfect vehicle that I needed with no hassles what so ever! Was a nice rental till it was over.  My deposit was not returned because of a cleaning fee for smoking in the vehicle. Company claims there are signs in office and in vehicles that say they are non-smoking vehicles. But I never saw them. I even looked for an indication of some kind in the vehicle before I lit up a ciggarette. Also the aggreement that I would be dropped off at the shop where my car was being repaired went out the window when staff was "too busy" to live up to it. I was told to just leave the rental at the shop. Greediness and lack of disclosure ruined an otherwise great service. I will check out other rental companies first before if ever I do need another rental.

I have rented (and TRIED to rent) on several occasions from this provider. Their staff is always nice and helpful to the best of their abilities based on constraints they presumably can't control. The biggest complaint is there are rarely vehicles available on an "emergency" basis. I even (supposedly) reserved a vehicle on the corporate  website for 9:00 am the following morning. Reservation was "accepted" but at 9 am there was NO car available. Was told MAYBE by noon there would be one. Does their reservation system not know when vehicles are out and due back or how many vehicles are available at the facility??? In the days of instant information it would seem this could be avoided. Maybe I set the bar too high?
