I rented a car a month in advance. It said a Toyota Camry or similar. When I arrived from airport, the only car for my price was a Purple Camry. Like a clown car, or something no one else would pay for, that kind of purple. Every car in the lot, more than 2 dozen- All were black, white, silver, grey, and then the purple clown car. I asked for any other car, of any other color. The only available car was a $200 more for the week than the already prepaid purple car. So I paid the extra money to have a normal rental car. I’ve used Enterprise for all my rentals over the last 16-18 years. This will now change. When I asked the lady for a different car, she used slang to describe the situation, looked stuff up on her tablet...then said very sarcastically that “I would be spending lots more money if I don’t want the purple car,” then she commented that it was fancy blue not true purple. Then she said, “I guess white folks don’t like purple, huh?” My wife and I couldn’t believe it. Crazy right?! I will be shopping for rentals from all agencies now- the years in the military and using Enterprise are coming to an end. Unless someone comes up with a plan to fix the problem of rude racist and wrong acting young people! Customer service is broken in this company. Had great experience with Enterprise. 1) When arrived at the counter the agent, follow-up with me to be helpful in the issue was having. 2) Wonderful to have the ability to pay with a debit card, with proof of flight literacy.

Today I went thru receipts and discovered I have spent $15, 320.00 with Enterprise this past year. This was the receipts that I found and I have a feeling that's not all of them. Some of the staff is AWESOME, from Ryan to Tyler to Will, and even Troy the manager here at the Tulsa International Airport but here is where the stars drop. No matter how happy you make a customer, when you start to affect my children or make a pregnant women throw up with the conditions of the vehicle you put her in, it begs the question, do they even care about the safety of their customers. I will say that with all those mentioned above, I have never had an issue and they help me and are very grounded when saying hey this is the best I can do, but last night it was a different story. A female manager sent us to Will (Alamo counter) and had a us check out, then while we were checking out a plane had landed and formed a line and they sent us back over to the enterprise counter to get our new rental which put us in a line that we were not in at first. We basically were bringing one back and picking up another. The vehicle was horrible, the drivers side window wouldn't work and when it finally did work it made a horrible squealing sound, which I had no choice but to get the windows down because of the horrible smell and stains in the vehicle ( smoke, body odor, and take out food took over the vehicle). Due to waiting so incredibly long to get the car and my little angels being so patient with them switching me back and forth from counter to counter...I had no choice but to endure it when taking the car. There was not a big selection and my kiddos needed to get to bed, as a parent I thought to myself...just make it home and then deal with it tomorrow. But yet, why should I have to make another trip to the airport 25 minutes away? Well...the next morning proved itself painful! From throwing up from the smell, to the whining sound the car made when started, to the bent license plate and right side tilt the car made... I've never been so disappointed but at the same time will miss all my little friends at the counter that have proven what good customer service is. Last night makes me want to cut off any and all business from them as with Alamo as well due to them being owned by the same company, as I know many businesses in the Tulsa area who have accounts with them...I'm torn! I've called 3 times today to no avail of someone coming and trading out the vehicle or even someone just calling and saying hey...we apologize, lets make this right, until then I will only rent with them when I absolutely have too and I will not be going back when certain people are there. Its not worth the headache or time, and my children don't deserve it. When your 3 year old keeps asking mommy whats that smell...its probably time to get a different vehicle. Shame on Enterprise and make sure you allow time to check the vehicle and drive it around the block. Today I actually asked myself...I wonder if I'm sitting in urine...

Great as always with your well trained staff and excellent vehicles. My one way rental to Amarillo Int'l Airport had a small downside. It took me 15 minutes to find the drop area and I finally had to call the local Enterprise counter. The address you posted on the return email took me out a dead end airport road. The signage at the airport consist of a fairly small handpainted sign at ground level. Probably an airport authority issue. That said, I will continue to be a loyal Enterprise renter.

This was my first time at Tulsa, I have been using Enterprise for years. They did an excellent job, had a vehicle ready for me and it was one of the best rides I have had in a while. Service was great, in and out in no time. Return went so smooth I had time to spare.
