Rented a car for three days to take a trip to Springfield, and when I went to pick it up, the car they originally had me down for didn't have cruise control, so the agent offered me a different vehicle. The one I drove was fun to drive, was clean and sleek, and it made my trip comfortable. I only use this Enterprise to rent from...this is my second rental experience and both were excellent!

Lacking in customer service..dissappointed

* Returned April 2018 and will admit I had low expectations.  This visit was different right from the start.  I was greated with outstanding customer service, friendly staff, quick check in/ out, and staff with a genuine helpful attitude. Complete turn around. Actually best visit I have had at a enterprise location to date.

These people simply your prompt and lows. I’ve been home from Oklahoma back in Florida for over a month in yesterday they ran another $700 on my credit card. Stay away go to hertz.

Inappropriate employee relations. A gentlman, I use the phrase sarcastically, chose to cheat on his wife and have a sordid affair with my wife thus destroying 2 marriages. His name is Greg Yates (Branch Manager), works at this location, has a beard, called her for hours daily on company time on his persnal cell phone to sext, call, and message her. Seems to have "borrowed" a car off the lot to pick her up and take her to a hotel. That affair is still on-going. He ruined my marriage after I called him and told him to stop, backoff, leave her alone. No stopping this guy. Wonder how he gets any work done. Have turned it in to corporate but only response is it's being investigated after I provided phone records and PI photos...doubt they will take action and terminate him, they always protect their own at the expense of the customer....typical
