Fast, friendly service. Great cars and many times free upgrades available. Great weekend rates during the winter months. Location of rental office easy to find and in mid-town.

customer service was fantastic first time I rented, satisfactory the 2nd time I rented.  
First vehicle that I rented was ok, but very dirty, we were driving late at night and had to stop to get some window cleaner to clean the inside of the windows, was really bad.   
2nd vehicle rented was not great at all, reserved SUV, was shown a jeep which the associate noticed the top was not on correctly so she asked me I wanted a van.  I agreed.  Van was very dirty, faint smell of a dog and had dog hairs in the back luggage area.  inside was not vacuumed, really dirty.   
I rented a car from another rental place in between the weeks I rented at Enterprise, customer service was not quite as good but vehicles a lot nicer and were clean.   I probably will NOT rent from Enterprise again, pay quite a bit of money to rent and expectation is a nice , for sure clean vehicle

I had a great experience with MARVIN WARD at this location. He is super friendly and very helpful. I will prefer to work with him every time I want to rent a car. Excellent service. All you folks out there go to this guy.

Great place to buy a great used car with factory warranty.  The salesman was friendly, helpful and wasn't pushy.  Was patient through the financing, and took care of a few minor issues we had by sending it to the dealership to repair and gave us a rental car to drive while it was serviced.  Very pleasant experience.  Will definitely go there again to buy another car when we need one.
