John and the crew at the Sapulpa location always go beyond my expectations. I rent cars all over the US monthly. They are my go to rental service in the greater Tulsa area. I go out of my way to use this location in lieu of the airport or other local shops because of the service they provide . They'll take care of you. You're not only a number to them like other places. They treat you with respect and operate how a business should.

Worst ever they take complete advantage of people. They don't check their cars like they are supposed to and then they charge you for damages that were done before you ever got the car. They take money out your bank accounts without you knowledge. Have a lawyer and working with the better business bureau. I will never use them again and will never tell my friends or family to use them.

I rented a car for a month from the Sapulpa, OK location.  I was upgraded to a mini van for no additional charge!  The manager John was amazing.  Super friendly and accommodating.  Both rental and return went very smooth.  I had absolutely no problems with the vehicle and I drove over 4000 miles.
