This enterprise is not a true enterprise this independent owned will leave you walking if you are traveling from out of state you must have a major credit card they do not accept cash and you have to know more than 3 people to use as reference in the town of Gallup the references have to have impeccable credit or you can not rent the car. And forget about renters insurance they own the vehicle that is why you must have all they ask for. The computer slows you to reserve but when you get a ride there you are left with no car. Let me save you the trouble ( you won't have a plane ticket because it is a private airport, you don't know people because you live in Texas, and you don't believe in credit cards) Take the grayhound! The only way to get out of this town. I would love to speak to corporate and have this enterprise closed and request any other rental service to be here. Best to walk or ride bus to Albuquerque they will allow you to get home. Most horrible. Negative star if possible.

left something in the van we rented and Leah Gray made sure I got it back. The customer service from everyone there was fantastic. Thanks Gallup!

I made a reservation for a car on the website 2 days in advance, got a confirmation number, made all my other plans...only to get a call the day before telling me that they did not have a car available for me...that it "doesn't happen very often, but our hands are tied" I was so frustrated, and started looking into other options to get to my destination. When I realized that I didn't have any other options that would work for me I figured I'd lose my registration fees for the event I was planning on going to and resigned myself to the fact that I was no longer going on my trip. They day I was planning on leaving they called me at 12:15 pm and told me there was a car available. It was extremely frustrating and I really think they need to figure out a way to let people know if there's nothing available before giving them a confirmation number and confirming the reservation. Other than that Brandon is very professional and efficient and the cars I've rented have been great.

I've rented from this Enterprise a number of times and most of the rental experiences were positive. I can definitely say though, Ms. Leah Gray is professional and extremely courteous, plus very conscientious in her work.

On several occasions I tried several times contacting staff by phone using phone prompt's, but on answer. Just recently, I made phone contact with a staff person, who was busy with another customer only to be told I would get a call back. Three hours later still no return call.
