I did enjoy the upgraded vehicle. But when things were going wrong with their other sales or clients, you could hear how annoyed they were in their voices. Not to mention, the attitude I could pick up on, it just made it an uncomfortable atmosphere/ experience.

I loved their customer service, however, when i made the reservation on the website, i asked for a full size car. When i picked up, i got a mid size SUV. I did ask for the bumper to bumper coverage, but i ended en paying twice the amount that was on my reservation. Besides that, everything was awesome. I would still rent from them again, but next time i will make sure i get what i ask for. Plus, the ladies were super nice :)

This Office Is always accommodating To Me. This office has easy access for me to pick up and also leave my car the price  is what  I'm usually looking for.

I only give it two stars because of the female that helped me out. If it wasn't for her it would have been the worst experience of customer service! If you do rent from them I urge you NOT TO LET DERRICK DONA help you. He has the worst customer service and when I asked for the managers name he refused to give it to me and just wanted to continue to argue. That along with starting to help me then left me hanging to help a couple people of his own  color.  He is HORRIBLE I will never go back as long as he works there!!

Rented twice in one month.   Good customer service, fast, efficient and reasonable prices.  You can't complain if you don't read the fine print!  I would recommend this to friends and family.  Great job!
