Enterprise of Clovis, NM, always offers professional customer service with a  sincere concern for customer satisfaction. I have observed while waiting in line how customers are treated with the utmost respect, while answering all questions and resolving any issues or concerns. I would definitely recommend renting from Enterprise and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Worst company to deal with, no professnalism whatsoever. They have hours from 8 in the morning until 6 at night. They make no attempt to work with the customer and have zero people skills, so unless you are prepared to pay your money and kiss butt I would find somewhere else

I have used this service twice already and was definitely satisfied. The guy (same guy both times) was very nice and worked with me. I only gave it four starts because it is not open on the weekend and I have to technically pay for a Friday when I only need it for a Saturday or the weekend. Instead of paying for two days Sat-Sun, I have to pay for Friday-Monday. That is the only down side. But the customer service has not been rude to me.
