This location is shady as Hell, the attendant kept speaking about mandatory insurance the Hertz imposes on the bill...for 200 dollars. They also supposedly ran my credit without authorization on my credit card, then showed me a random printout that wasn't mine which said call equifax for more credit score info. They then recanted their statement and said it's my bank (Wells Fargo), whom I called in front of the Hertz Employee and was told by my bank there were no holds on my account and the needed funds were available. If my co-worker wasn't present there, I would've been stranded. DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ Roswell, NM. Oh and I was also not allowed to speak with the manager via telephone.

Pricy , but got me out of a bind when I was stuck in Houston.  Thanks hertz ! 4 stars cause you so $$$%

The credit card processing is horrible. 
It rejected cards that work anywhere else.
I had to rereserve after the attendant refused to swipe a card more than twice... almost got stranded without a card.
