Arrived here after renting a 2016 sedan from the Albuquerque location in which the windshield weather strip from the driver side flew off while driving down the highway. Luckily the driver side window was up so no one was injured just a jarring slam on the driver window. Mr Jarell Watkins was a great help in examining the damage and documenting our concerns while getting us into another vehicle quickly and exhaling what we had to do back in Albuquerque. Mr. Watkins was a great help and very professional even while dealing with unacceptable behavior from other customers

Stay away! William, the manager, has a pi**poor attitude. He promised to call and pick me up at one time and finally called an hour late. When I expressed my displeasure at this he got an attitude with me. Once arriving at the office he hits me with a price for collision insurance that totalled more than the price of the rental. Fortunately I'm not an idiot, so I just temporarily added collision to my personal auto policy, which he did not suggest. His demeanor and attitude indicated a person unhappy with his job and a total lack of regard for his customers. I called Enterprise customer service and literally got the same type of attitude. Take it for what it's worth, but I'll never deal with this company again and would'nt have unless my car was having a motor put in and I'm a heart patient afraid to be without a vehicle for two weeks.

Avis may try harder, but the guys here try the hardest.  Best service and customer care I have ever had, were able to waive some fee's and their car's were real clean too.
