It was great experience renting a viechcal from this facility. The service was great, the pick up van was right out side the curb when we get out of the airport. They upgraded our SUV to a more powerful one without any additional charge. We were a little worried about returning process since we have a really early flight before their facility open. It turned out the process is very easy and this place is trustworthy. Highly recommended.

Off-site rental office is only open until 2pm (yes, early afternoon) on a Saturday. Called to say my flight was running late and was basically told that if I didn't get there by 2pm I was on my own until the next day. We did make it in time. The shuttle driver was nice - this is an off-site location (very important point for enterprise). They had very few vehicles. We reserved a mid-size. When we were checking in, they gave the only remaining mid-sized car to a person in line before us. We were "upgraded" to a large SUV. We were not happy with this for the size and the gas mileage we could expect, as we would be putting on some miles. The manager assured us that the beast was fuel efficient as it was flex-fuel. Only to find that New Mexico has only one station (an hour away in Albuquerque). When we did a walk-around you couldn't tell if there was damage as the entire vehicle was covered in thick dust/mud. And we needed to refuel right away as there was less than 1/4 tank. Not exactly a stellar experience.

Unfortunately, I needed to rent a car twice within the space of about 10 days. Fortunately, I got a chance to work with the Enterprise team at this location. Speedy pickup from the repair places, no-hassle paperwork, easy return, and friendly, helpful folks. Audrey, Armand, and Derek to name a few. I would definitely do business with this team anytime.

Derrick is so rude. I don't know how you have him in charge of this place. It was a way better place to rent from about a year ago. I have never been treated with such an attitude from a manager. I rented in February of this year and again in July. I will never go back to this place till he is replaced. I want to get treated like a person instead of cattle. He wants to herd you in and out.

Excellent experience renting a 15 person van for a Habitat Build. Couldn't find one in any other rental place. Great people to work with and very friendly. Will definitely be back!
