We always enjoy renting from Enterprise. This was our first time renting from the Eagan location. The service was quick and very friendly. Our car was very clean and on top of it it had an auto-start. In the past we've rented from Avis and Budget, and there's a really big difference between all of the companies. Enterprise prides itself on its customer service and this location was on top of it. I will rent from this location again.

Having experience with m-a-n-y car rental companies, there has been no rental experience where I was treated my happier, patient, more personable individuals than Miles and Gillena (I hope I got that spelled right!). No one in the office sounded like a car-person, but, rather, a customer service expert. I love them, and would most certainly recommend them!

I was picked up at my hotel and driven to the rental location. That in itself is worth 5 stars. Check out was quick, employee's were great. I was given a ride back to my hotel at the end of my rental. Forgot my phone in the rental car and was not able to pick it up before I flew out. The staff said they would mail it to me.What more can I add, 5 stars!

Simple as this... No available cars ! Not joking at all, and not sure why are they even open for customers?

They had a horrible selection of cars (1), which wasn't what we had requested. However the staff were amazing and did a great job. They cancelled our request without a problem.
