Called to cancel basic insurance bought through enterprise on Friday at 530 pm, because my insurance covers the rental.they said I need to come in and cancel. I live 40 min away from the closest one. They are not open on the weekend. Had to pay for the policy through the weekend and the Monday. They need to inspect the vehicle before you can cancel. Why would I cancel coverage if the vehicle was damaged. They said it was for my benefit. That is a lie. They got an extra 60$ out me. Seems like it's more for there benefit.

Personnel were very professional, friendly & helpful. It's nice to still see honor and respect in a company. These people portrayed their company well.

It was great to know that customer service representatives still care and to have your car ready when you say it is going to be ready makes a big difference.  I was told my car would be ready at 12:00noon and it was ready.  I appreciate the promptness and efficiency of not holding me up for more of my time while traveling.  Thank you again

Great customer service. The service and the staff are the reason I continue to rent with Enterprise. Rates are pretty competitive too.
