Different doesn't have a shuttle isn't open on Sunday but is still better than the 16th St location (no offense).  They got me a cool car in the correct vehicle class for pretty cheap.  Was happy to extend my rental.  Didn't give me a dirty car.

I usually go to the location that close by my house in Elk Grove, but this time because the car available for me was at this location. So, l picked up my rental car on Friday at the location on Franklin Blvd.  This was my third time to hire a rental car from Hertz,  I didn't expect it would give me any surprise but it did. I went there at 4:30 pm and there was no line, the representative, Eliot, was so nice and helpful. His services were prefect that he could answer our questions in details and provided extra information that helped me in the future. I would like to recommend him to my family and friend to come to this location.

Bad customer service. They were trying to force us to rent a car that i am not comfortable with. He was yelling at us and giving us attitude. I will never go back to that place again, and definitely don't recomment it to anyone. I walked in hoping i would be happy walking out, but i was disappointed. It's better to go to a different hertz branch.
