It was really easy to reserve a Minivan online and it was perfect when I went to pick it up!  (It was nicer than I thought it would be!)  The sales person was friendly and very courteous and was always smiling.  When I took the van back it was the same service.  I would definitely go back and use the Enterprise on Franklin!

Enterprise on Franklin blvd have been very helpful especially when our booking was a last minute deal. Thank you Matt (assistant manager) and Jennifer for going above and beyond just to cater for our need. We were desperate for that SUV so that we can pick up some VIPs...i don't know what we would have done without your help.... we definitely will be visiting again very soon!! Thanks again Jennifer and Matt!!

I recently have gotten two rentals in the past two months. My first time rental experience had no issues.  The second rental I reserved and was 15 min behind the time to allow for the car to ready.  I waited for about 25 min once there because the car was not ready. While parked at night my wife and I began to see a few roaches running around in the car including the inside wind shield.  I tried to catch and kill one and it kept getting away.  On a different night I see another and when I tried to squish and beat it, it wouldn't die.  Because I was out of town I kept the car and my eyes out.  When I returned it to the rental office I told the office worker what happened and she apologized and discounted my bill.

Great Service. Enterprise delivery and pickup the rental car for me at the collision shop. I really love its service. And the service guys are so nice to talk to and explain detail to me..

Customer service was in point. They let me know that they would be with me shortly and I didn't even wait for 3 minutes time and someone helped me. The car they have me was excellent and ride very well. My family is satisfied. Definitely will use their service in the coming future
