It was my first time renting a car. I didn't know what to expect. To my astonishment, I found this rental center very cooperative and friendly. The agent, Saloan, who helped was very helpful and courteous. I am glad I chose to rent from enterprise rentals. I am looking forward to my next car rental. 
Thank you guys for making it possible for me to rent a vehicle for the first time

Every concern was met with the utmost professionalism & understanding. Fantastic customer service. Leaves Hertz in the dust in that regard, every time. Great, great team. They also really hustled to make sure I was taken care of ASAP, even though I ended up showing way ahead of my reservation time.

I always get great customer service at this location, and unfortunately I can't say that about several other area locations, so it is much appreciated!

For 12 years or more, I have rented at this location only. I'm not sure if this a training site or what, but no matter of the staff changes, they are always professional, personable and tactful. When some customers don't meet the requirements to rent a vehicle, Enterprise staff handle it with courtesy and CARE. I can't bare to visit even a closer location. If it's not broke, don't fix it. The office at 2700 Arden Way produce class A employees that move on to bigger and better opportunities. Hey...great idea...Enterprise should consider being in the business of classroom training in Customer Service for the general public. I would attend.

I always rent from enterprise but I was unhappy because when I rented a vehicle to go to San Diego for a funeral I asked for a full size car they gave me a mid size with no explanation then in the middle of my trip the airconditioner stopped working... But all is forgiven they apologized and they gave me a very nice upgrade when I rented from them last month it gets crowded in their office but they still try to make you feel like your a star.
