wonderful.  I needed a vehicle while my car was in the shop and Enterprise came through beautifully.  The Hyundai Sonata was the perfect stand-in for my car to zip around and keep appointments and do errands.  Enterprise has always provided me and my family clean working vehicles when we need them.  The office staff is super friendly and even gave me a ride to the shop so I could pick up my car when it was ready.

Not bad, not great, I don't know what is normal

I made a reservation online the day before for pickup at 8:30am, I arrived at the store at 8:45 to pick up the car and head to work.  There was 1 person in line to pick up a car in front of me.  I didn't drive away in the rental car until 9:30am.  I  haven't had to pick up my own rental car in quite some time (car insurance concierge service does it), so it seems like if I made a reservation 16 hours ahead of time, the car should have been ready for me to pick up at 8:30am. 

The experience itself was fine, the staff was friendly.  Another customer came into the store who was obnoxious (didn't want to wait in line, questioning prices, clipping his fingernails in line), and the representative was kind but firm about pricing, much more than I would've been if someone asked me 4 times "Is that the best price you can give me? I come here all the time."  

The representative who checked me out mentioned that I could leave the rental at the dealership and they would pick it up, which was awesome!

Great experience with enterprise. Online reservation made a lot easier to pick up the rental car. They gave my $100 deposit back at the end. Not a lot of choice of cars, and I had to choose what ever they have, but it was fine for me as long as the car is in good condition. Before renting, I did quick inspection at the location and I took pictures of any scratches just in case.
What concerned me was the employees overwhelmed or overworked. They were very busy when handle a lot of renters. 
The employees are professional.

I rent from this Enterprise location frequently when I have my car serviced at the Honda dealership nearby. The staff at this location are exceptional.  Marquita and Beimnet went out of their way to help me reserve a complicated one-way rental for a special trip recently. They're friendly and go out of their way to help, and even saved me some money. I would highly recommend the staff at this location.

What's the point of making a reservation if I have to wait 45 min to get my car??? And they have 2 people working here this morning, a Saturday morning!! I hate waiting and I've been waiting and still waiting to get my car when I made my reservation 2 weeks ago and prepaid for it!! She just spent a whole hour with ONE customer! On the brighter side I got a decent car and 25% off for my troubles!
