The overall experience with Budget was bad. It started at a different location with them renting our, in advanced rented, truck to another person without being able to provide another one. After a lot of attitude, from the employee, and wasted time we got one with low thread on the front tire. Not something we wanted for a move from Texas to VA. 
While dropping of the truck at this location we were treated very rude and unprofessional. Problems were caused because of missing documents we didn't receive in the first place. It was a very frustrating experience.  We wouldn't recommend Budget!

Up to the point of dropping off the truck I would've easily given 3 to 4 stars to Budget. Had some trouble in the middle of the trip that was handled very well. Then came time to drop off the truck at the Alexandria New Haven moving equipment location. The guy was horrendous and rude. As others noted, it is difficult to find, which is fine, that can't be helped too much, but at least have the guy working prepared to direct people appropriately. A simple "sorry for the inconvenience, you'll find us in the unattached building SOUTH of the main building." The guy was just inept. Beyond that, he went out of his way to try and humiliate us and seemed rather proud of that fact. All we wanted was to drop off a truck, but instead were treated like fools.

What is wrong with these people's ratings? I have always had wonderful experiences at budget. And especially this location. Yes most, if not all, of the budget locations use outdated systems, printers, etc. but if they upgraded then you know our cost will go up too. We have to stop being so impatient and expecting things to happen super quickly because of technology. Just relax, put a smile on your face and you might be surprised how people will treat you better.

No service, was waiting to rent the person walked out on a customer and said to me I will be back in 20 min, waited for about 5 and left

The worst....literally just called to ask a few questions ..and had the most unfriendly and rudest person. I will happily pay more somewhere else then to be treated so poorly. Didn't even make it to the store..thankfully!
