(HONEST REVIEW)
So, I found out about this dealership from my brother. He got his car here just a few months ago. This is a small used car dealership. Location is slightly awkward but not hard to find. Just watch out for the sharp right turn that takes you up a short but steep hill. 

For starters, major kudos and much respect to the employees here at Prize Auto. The patience that it takes to deal with undecided buyers takes a special kind of skill. So in my experience, the customer service here deserves an A+. 

I was greeted by Juan who is the finance guy. He took the time to listen to my wants, needs, and concerns. Even took me around the lot (small but great variety) to show me what they had to offer. Juan then introduced me to Tony who guided me the rest of the way around the lot and took me on test drives. I'll get back to Juan shortly. 

Tony was super awesome!! Patient, informative, honest, and infectious personality. He took the time to take me out on 4 different test drives. Even when I wasn't totally sold on a car we previously looked at, he still encouraged me to take the car out on a test drive just to be sure. While on our drives he made sure to give me an informative overview of the cars both inside and out, point out the amazing features of the cars, and even the flaws. We even stopped at 7-11 and be brought me a cup of coffee. After a couple of hours, I was finally sold on the car I wanted and then Tony lead me back to Juan. 

Juan took great care of me when it came to financing the car. Mind you, I'm a small business entrepreneur with no credit (which is basically bad), and all I had was a decent down payment and a prayer! 

The car I was looking to purchase was on a managers special that day, and Juan still took more off to help insure payments would still be within the range we discussed when I arrived earlier that day. 

After having gone a whole month without a car for my family, Juan was able to get me approved, and with a car note that's TOTALLY amazing! Right in the range I needed. So needless to say, Juan kept his word! 

Upon purchase we noticed that the remote to the car wasn't working. Figured it was the battery but that wasn't the case. Car also needed an alignment (noted prior to purchase). Brought the car back a week later and was able to get the alignment done and the remote reprogrammed with NO HASSLE whatsoever! Like I said...Customer service was GREAT! 

My family and I are happy! Thank you Prize Auto. Special Thanks to Tony and Juan. You guys ROCK!! 

If you aren't totally sold on this dealership based off of other reviews, at least stop by and see for yourself. People have different expectations, wants and needs. I will say, the energy her is positive, and I was met with consistent positivity. Even after my many phone calls about the remote key. But I was never ignored, and met with answers. We'll be referring our family and friends.

They are really perfect dealership but not only dealership but also like family. I liked communicating style with people. I got car from here and everything was so perfect. They helped me because I'm international they care me all the bad situations. I'm really so glad to meet Tariq. He was so helpful and understandable person in my life.
