I wish I could give them  zero star.Worst experience ever.😡State farm rented a car for me,because one of their customer hit my car.I returned the rental car,the same day I picked up my car from the body shop.Which was 6/01/17,they called me talking about I didn't leave the rental car at the body shop.And they kept taking money out of my account and putting it back.Then I decided to visit the office,when I get they I was able to confirm that I did dropped the rental car the same day I picked up my car.Just checked my bank account,and found out they took $53 from my account.Talking about I didn't return the gas,mind me the gas was 3/4 when I rented the car and I returned it full.They are scammers,just because I didn't purchase their insurance plan.If you still decideto rent with them make sure you take pictures and videos of everything because they are scammers.👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾😡😡😡

I'm writing this review months later because that is how long it took corporate to respond back to me. 

Used my points to rent a car, was then refused a rental by some very angry "manager" ( a gentleman with a heavy eastern European accent) who the. Proceeded to take my point off of my account for an entire weekly rental and tell me I cannot get them back.

Like the reviewer below me stated, they are scammers, extremely rude, and particularly this branch should be shut down with the uneducated imbociles running it.

I recently rented a full size Nissan Ultima from this location of Hertz and was very pleased with customer service there.  Sebastian and Brian were very accommodating with making the rental experience very enjoyable.  Both of them went above and beyond to ensure that my Hertz rental experience would be "memorable."  I can honestly say they succeeded in this goal.   I highly recommend renting your next rental car from this Hertz location.

Awesome experience , second time after leaving Enterprise get a better deal (AAA) won't go back to Enterprise again.

It was a very easy and overall pleasant experience. The pickup and drop off process and requirements could have been explained a little better b/c I had to take Uber to get there and back to my place, but once I got there the rep was very informative on my pricing and upgrade options.
