I really wanted to give 5 stars, because the office and staff deserves 5 stars. My audience for the review is really the Penske corporate and business process. This is what happened and how it could have been prevented: On a Thursday in mid June I went to pick up some items that I had reserved for a move in July and was told that some of the items were not available and need to come back on Monday because they expect a big shipment. So on Monday when they told me that they don't have any despite getting the big shipment I ended up going to their competitor and take care of the business, which I really didn't want to do. Apparently someone/another branch picked up all their inventory of the item that I had reserved. How it could have been avoided: by letting the office staff make a note in the system and "obligate" the items so they are not available for pick up, or purchase since they are promised to someone else.

Excellent customer service. We had a difficult situation with some trucks not being available despite being reserved, but Treavor F. remained professional, positive, and focused on finding a solution. He embodied the can-do attitude that marks any employee that is willing to go above and beyond for the customer and we couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks for finding a way to make it work Treavor! You represent Penske and yourself very, very well. Keep up the great work!

Incredible customer service! Nakita Mckever was so nice, professional, and extremely helpful!! Moving is a stressful experience, and she made the process of renting a moving truck easy. Thank you for all your help! I would recommend her and this store to anyone!

Employees are very friendly and professional. They also have a fleet of new cargo vans. Unfortunately the rates are very high.
